About Cherie Ann Sherman
Ms. Sherman has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the School of Electrical Engineering, of Polytechnic University; an MBA degree and JD degree, cum laude, from Pace University, where she was a member of the Pace Law Review. She has published two book chapters concerning intellectual property with Pennsylvania State University entitled, “The Changing Environment of Software Copyright” and Multimedia Computing and Intellectual Property Law: What Developers and Users Should Know”. Ms. Sherman was a systems analyst and programmer for several Fortune 10 corporations, including General Foods, CBS, IBM, and Clairol. She has taught courses in computer programming, database management, invention and computer law and ethics, and has published a book entitled “Novel Netware For Users” with International Thomson. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
